    I was told the card would be automatically activated on the travel date and I’ve landed in the USA with no network and no activation. This is highly unprofessional. The call center guys are quite unresponsive as well. Order number 41942

    The sim worked well with my phone, though the TSIM operator could not confirm my phone model. But my model is 4G compatible, here in India, and it worked withe US mobile as well. Only condition is I had selected T-mobile as my operator.
    The data may disappear suddenly for some time, but need not be big issue. In US you will get free wifi almost all malls or big / small restaurants, with “no clause attached”. Indian airport has free wifi, but only for 30 mins and you need to put your mobile number, but not like in US. I was in SFO (CA), and network works well most places. If you have take your Indian sim on international roaming, cost would be same as TSIM, or little more but with TSIM, you have liberty to provide your number to any establishment. so it is helpful.
    My mobile usage was very limited but I used data to find locations, then call uber, and so on. You will feel safe with the sim card in your mobile.

    Excellent. Works as advertised. Using it for 4 weeks and I recommend this Sim for all US visitors. Getting a Sim here in US is expensive and data usage rates are prohibitive. Lastly the most useful feature, unlimited calls to India keeps me in touch with home everyday.
    If you are visiting California, make sure you have a 4G phone. 3G phone will not connect to the network. Not mentioned on Tsim web site, but useful if mentioned.
    Other states in US, I am not sure.

    I bought a 2 months validity T Sim connection for USA . To my dismay, my phone does not work where I am i.e. at Glastonbury, Hartford, CT. It does work erratically in some areas only. It is already 22 days since I arrived in the US. My best efforts with the company has borne no results. I recommend anybody buying this connection to make sure that T Mobile, which is T SIMs service provider in US works in that area before going in for this. I am told T Mobile has very poor connectivity in most areas of US. It has been a complete money loss for me.

      As we had specified via “Check my Phone”, the phone model you were carrying was not compatible with 4G networks in the US, and will have just 50% coverage for 3G. We recommend to carry a new model of phone for international travel, since networks abroad use new technologies more intensively. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

    Didn’t get 4G in whole SFO but calling and 3G was fine. One horrible thing was T-SiM gave some used old number to me and I used to get day night wrong number calls and shameless T-Sim didn’t apologize also for this mistake. You can buy this SIM bcoz India call is free but always be ready to except wrong numbers
