Using the SIM Card
Using the SIM Card for the first time
- Power off your phone
- Insert your new SIM card
- Power on your phone
- Ensure that roaming is turned on your phone.
- Your phone should connect on a GSM/WCDMA/LTE network.
Please also note, using this SIM card to surf Internet or make calls outside covered countries will significantly reduce the data and voice usage capacity, or even cause the SIM card to stop functioning.
Receiving calls
People anywhere in the world can dial your UK or French number directly to reach you, for example, +44774132 12345 or +33674132 12345. The local number is especially useful for booking cabs, hotels and restaurant reservations.
Making local calls
For the purposes of this card, local calls include calls to any country mentioned under “Coverage”, from any country mentioned under “Coverage”. To make such calls use the full international format. E.g. to call a UK landline number from any country use (for example) +44 207 222 1234.
What is an eSIM?
eSIM stands for “embedded” SIM which is installed in your phone by scanning a QR code or tapping a notification. If an activation date is required the QR code / Notification is sent after activation, else 24hours after completing your documentation.
eSIM Advantages

- Save on time: In a rush to travel? We will send eSIM QR Code via email. Scan it as per instructions and It will be ready to use upon arrival.
- Keep your original SIM: The eSIM is in addition to your original SIM which will work as usual if you need it.
eSIM Disadvantages
- Unfamiliar: Since it is a new technology expect to be learning a bit.
- eSIM Compatible Phones: eSIM will only work in eSIM compatible phones. As a general rule, iPhone 11 and Android model 2021 and higher models are compatible with eSIM.
- Single Use Only: Most eSIM codes can be used only once. Please do not delete the eSIM created on your phone, since it cannot be recreated on your phone or any other phone. However you can de-activate the eSIM when not needed from your settings.
- Transfer of eSIM: To transfer an eSIM from one phone to another you must visit the store of the Operator concerned. However some USA eSIMs can be transferred from one iPhone to another.
Activating eSIM on your Device using a QR Code
Most eSIMs are installed using a QR code. The QR code is sent to you by eMail. You need an Internet connection to install an eSIM
iPhone XR, XS and newer
- Go to Settings, then Cellular.
- Select Add a plan, and the Camera app will open.
- Point your camera at the QR activation code until you see a message that says Installing cellular plan.
2021 Android and newer
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager
- Tap Add mobile plan
- Tap Add using QR code
- Scan the QR activation code
Activating eSIM on your Device using an Operator Notification
T-mobile, AT&T and some other operators make it even simpler to install eSIMs. They send a notification directly to your phone. Just tap on the notification and follow the instructions as in images below. The notification is sent to the phone you intend to use on your trip for which you have given us the EID and IMEI number by dialing *#06#. Click here to know why IMEI and EID numbers are needed.

This is my fourth time ordering from TSIM, and their support has always been impeccable, from orders to shipping and post-sales support. I was able to reach customer care even when on travel without issues.
But TSIM’s new Unlimited Europe sim cards, offered in association with Manx Mobile (Isle of Man), isn’t as good the Three (UK) sim cards they used to offer earlier. The coverage of Three in Europe was extensive, but with Manx, there were patches in European cities where I had no reception. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but it was certainly annoying to move around to find network. I hope TSIM brings back its Three cards.

Me and my wife took two Unlimited Europe Sim Cards vide order no 359202 and 359186 on 17.12.2024. one was physical other was E Sim. we had gone to France and Spain for 16 days. Two other group memebers had take the similar Sim. All Sim sworked well for first 3 days, thereafter, non of the Sim was operative. We wrote and talked to the company representatives several times from Europe but it did not work till the end of our trip. We had to spent lot of money on our communication from other service providers for international roaming. Since company failed to provide the committed services, we requested for refund the cost of Sims if not the consequential expenses.
Through this review, company is again requested to refund the charges.

I have opted Tsim card (physical sim) for my 3 Europe visits till date. I am satisfied with the TSIM card services. 2 Stage dialing back to India and internet speed is fantastic. Found 2 issues while using this card.
1. Activation of the card services took some time (few hours) after my arrival at the European airport even after requesting the correct activation date.
2. Though I received call from other Tsim card number, which was operating using esim instead of physical sim, I was unable to call back to that number. If you are going in groups, I suggest you all take same card type i.e. either physical one or esim.
However, knowing the above 2 shortcoming, I recommend going for this Tsim card services (OfCourse first check the international roaming charges of your local service provider).

I purchased a 28 day Sim card for Europe. While the card worked well for unlimited calls in Europe, I had a very poor experience with data (3 GB was provided). I could not get enough data to use it for checking up routes on the map, which is the reason I needed data in the first place. I am quite surprised by this. As a tourist, the main requirement for using the Internet is to get from place A to place B when outside your hotel. Hope TSIM will act to rectify this issue.

We are sorry the card did not meet your expectations. It is true that 3GB is nowadays not enough for most applications. Google Maps downloads a lot of map images in the background and utilise a lot of data when you are traveling in new areas.
