    Bought for 2 months – Did not work in the second month.
    Even after one full day without phone, they were still checking.
    They have said a new SIM with a different phone number will be sent and received in 3 to 4 days – 3 to 4 days without phone and a new phone number. No tracking number provided. Not sure if it has been really sent – Will know if received in 3 to 4 days.
    Not willing to overnight the SIM as they do not want to spend.
    Worst Service.

    Used for USA trip in August. Very prompt and fast service. Very competitively priced. I was clearly told that my current mobile is not compatible. However I purchased anyway as I had planned to buy a new one there. The old mobile worked for SMS and calls but not for data. After moving SIM to new mobile, everything worked fine. So I apprecite their knowledge and upfront communication.
    T-mobile coverage was as expected.
    Overall I am very happy with the support, speed and communication of customer service. Looking forward to trying e-SIM for the next trip!

    I used it in Chicago and california.
    teh calls were OK, still intermittent network issues, but the data was more problematic as it did not connect most of the time

    This was second time I purchased TSIM for travel. Decision was driven by the fact the purchase not only gave me better value for money. There were no coverage issues as I could find out the service provider details from the TSIM website and check the network availability from the service provider’s website site for my destination. This is very much like my previous travel SIM purchases, where I discovered the network or lack of it on the arrival at my destination.
    Purchase experience was also good, SIM go delivered in less than 24 hours after placing the order.

    SIM was delivered on time along with the free adapter. Was very skeptical as i had not heard of this company but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Worked flawlessley.
    Partsof US where Tmobile did not ave great coverage,this sim couldnt help either. Some recommendations:

    1. Clearly state that the speed would be 4G and not 5G
    2.Refresh the wesite. While functional, it does not inspire trust.

    I used the TSIM USA SIM (12 GB pack) during my week long stay in Denver. The internet speed was excellent and coverage was good wherever I went. But, if you are going to use the SIM for accessing the maps, checking the emails, WhatsApp, etc., then I recommend 6 GB pack for week long stay. The Free WiFi service is present In most of the public places.
