Activation and Validity
You need to specify an activation date for these cards. No activation on Sundays. Your validity period begins when the card is activated, due to which we suggest to activate only the day before you travel.
The SIMs will be valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
Coverage
Our UK SIM cards work on the O2/Three/Vodafone network, either directly or through their partners. These represent the largest mobile operators in the UK with extensive coverage across England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. The SIMs provide high speed data on the 4G/5G network.
Using the SIM Card for the first time
- Power off your phone
- Insert your new SIM card
- Power on your phone
- Your phone should connect on a GSM/WCDMA/LTE network.
Please also note, using this SIM card to surf Internet or make calls before reaching UK will significantly reduce the data and voice usage capacity, or even cause the SIM card to stop functioning.
Receiving calls
People anywhere in the world can dial your UK number directly to reach you, for example, +44774132 12345.
Making local calls
To make local calls use the full international format. E.g. to call a UK landline number from any country use (for example) +44 207 222 1234.
Calling an international number when in UK
Dial “+” + country code + phone number. For example, to call India number 022 24216344, dial +91 22 24216344.
Roaming from UK to Europe
These cards permit you to roam from UK to most countries in Europe, however you should have a chargeable activity within the UK ( made a call, sms or used data ) before taking your phone abroad. Local calls and data continue under plan. Local calls mean calls to any of the countries in roaming coverage.

I purchased this UK SIM with unlimited calls and 5 GB data limit for Rs. 1,989/- on 16 May 19. It was delivered to me with some goodies on 18 May 19. Got the sim card activated on 20 May 19. Unfortunately due to the problem of my handset Lenovo K6 Note, the sim card did not wok on the day of arrival in London, UK. I did some research on the internet and got the problem rectified and found the sim card working brilliantly. 98% of the times it gave me 4G speed. and good network with vodafone.
However, the sim started asking for recharge from June 07 June, that is approx 17 days after the sim was activated. The whatsapp customer help number provided was unable to give me a reason for the same. I continued to chat with customer support however they could not resolve the issue until 11 June 19. On 11 June 19 I called up the Lebara local customer support number and they informed me that the plan given to me was not unlimited and it had a cap of 5 GB data and 1000 international +Unlimited UK local calls +1000 UK sms called ALL in 4 (4G) Plan which was locally available for a fee of 15 Pounds.
The Lebara customer support informed me that I should have selected the ALL in 6 (4G) plan by paying Rs. 2,489/- for the all unlimited features for one month. This plan is available locally in UK for 20 Pounds. Hence the plan offered for Rs. 1,989/- is not an unlimited plan and calls to India will stop once you finish your 1000 minutes. SO please do not select this plan if you want unlimited india calls option.
Further the Lebara Customer care was supportive enough and they gave me a discount of 5 pounds and allowed me an unlimited india calls recharge option by paying only 15 pounds which otherwise would have cost me 20 pounds.
I had a long chat with the TSIM Customer Support and informed them about these details. Unfortunately they have still advertised the Rs. 1,989/- plan as unlimited india calls option which is completely wrong. Please purchase Rs. 2,489/- plan if you want all unlimited calls option.
The service provided by the sim otherwise was excellent.

Recently used UK SIM in London, Western parts of UK (Bath, Bournemouth, Oxford & Lake District). Reception was poor, mostly 3G, sometimes E, (never 4G). Calling Home was okay, but local in UK was erroneous. Messages received from Libara to top up, but since I purchased an unlimited one for Rs 2489/- I ignored the messages. Overall experience is good, but not good enough for Google Map Navigation.

Thank you for your feedback. In some areas you get 3G that works close to the speed of 4G. We will however investigate why you had 3G throughout, since the operator advertises 99% coverage on 4G, and uses Vodafone UK’s network.

I purchased two UK SIM Cards for a trip to UK. Everything worked like a charm EXCEPT the 10GB data worked only on 3G THRU-OUT THE TRIP. This is contradictory to the description of the product which clearly states ‘One month SIM card gives you 10GB of Data at 4G speed.’ As a result purchasing the 10GB Data was a complete waste as I was unable to use it effectively.

And it gave me enough speed while in London, the only glitch was it catched all 3G network instead of 4G, but anyway, I didn’t feel much problem with 3G as well. Just ensure that you active (insert the sim) after entering UK (when it enters it’s local network).

I went to UK with their sim, DATA is only 3g and not 4g as promised .. free minutes to india just get over in 50 calls wherein they promise 500 mins…. customer service is waste and you get lot of local sim for better deal. Data is also very bad. Basically after complaint also till now its 20 days they didnt take any action

The SIM at UK worked like a charm. The call quality to India was Good. People who answer the phones were able to provide me all relevant info and very helpful. They also called me to remind before the travel and ensure everything was fine.
The only problem was this: I was told that the SIM uses Vodafone at UK and hence wherever Vodafone coverage is there, I will get the same — including 3G/4G. Well, that was not true. The SIM uses Lebara network (which may piggy-back on Vodafone, I am not sure). And I ONLY got 3G, and I did NOT get 4G working at all.

Whenever i tried to call from the sim, it gave me an automated message that THE BALANCE HAS BEEN USED UP or something like that whereas my plan was 10 GB + UNLIMITED DATA. The worst experience ever . I travel internationally every month for work ….anyway decided to take a one month UK plan from TSIM as a friend had tried it for the US. So as a family we took 3 sim cards for 10 GB … ONLY ONE WORKED . WE CONSTANTLY EMAILED A CERTAIN JYOTHI BUT FOR THE THREE WEEKS I WAS IN THE UK/SCOTLAND SHE COULD NOT GET IT WORKING . MY OFFICE CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND EMAILED NUT TO NO AVAIL.
HENCE IF TAKING A SIM FROM tsim I SUGGEST BUY THREE AND MAYBE ONE WILL WORK . WISH THEM ALL THE BEST .
