Worked very well in Europe. Speed was acceptable, though I did not really use it for a lot of video calls / streaming etc. Countries we visited: Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Could quickly connect to a partner local carrier, and could access data w/o any problem – even in trains. 5/5 for Europe.
The SIM card also had connectivity in the US. The signal was a bit weak esp on freeways between cities. 2/5 for USA.

I booked this sim card for safety and because I wanted seamless internet connection the moment I entered EU. This stupid sim card didnt work at all…!! All my money was wasted. I had to buy an over the counter sim card from Portugal. Pls dont buy this card. You can buy it once you are in Europe thats much reliable and easy too.
I think they are posting fake reviews from made up accounts. I restarted my phone many times…insert removed reinsert, nothing worked. DONT waste your money on this

Very poor customer support. I purchased an esim and I was not able to use it in my phone due to some error. The customer support did not help. I had to purchase another subscription from Jio else I would have been left without sim. They did not refund the money as well. I will never use TSIM neither will I recommend.

This is the second time I have taken it. I had a great experience the first time but this time I have had some issues:
– two stage dial didn’t work this time. Had to use my alternate Airtel roaming for calling India
– The delivery partner (Bluedart) misplaced my package and marked it delivered. There is no way to trace the delivery partner to check or to escalate things for quick resolution. I got lucky to be able to trace it the night before leaving for Europe. But could have easily been a waste of money and a lot of inconvenience to leave without the sim.

Very disappointed with the two-way dialing. The signal were terribly weak and it took me 10-15 trial before getting through a number and sometimes I simply had to switch to wi-fi to get through. Not happy with the sim card this time!
