Could be better, but overall good. The EU mechanism is a bit loose. It is hard for that thing to stay in place, and the adapter will keep coming out even with no real application of force (just by the weight of the cable or charger brick)

The Travel Adapter was defective. We went to the UK and discovered it wasn’t working (tried a bunch of things to make it work). With like 5% phone battery, we rushed to the city centre and thankfully found a shop that sold us a functioning travel adapter. So that was a relief but the running around like a Fast and Furious movie could have been avoided if this adapter actually worked???? Also the one in UK cost us 800 INR which was like 400 INR more than we would have paid in India. Why offer a free travel adapter if you can’t ensure quality? I’d rather have a good product that I’m paying for than the false promise of a free one ðŸ˜

Quality is decent. Not the best but decent at this price. Worked well for 15 days before becoming slightly loose, required some sort of adjustment or hold but still worked. Moreover, it was free gift with SIM, so can’t expect much.
