    The charger was loose and didn’t fit in properly and then short circuited after some use in London

    When I was in London, initially the adapter was not plugging in. I was planning to discard it. Later, I figured out a way to plug it in after many attempts. Very cheap quality and loose components though. But it WORKED in the UK. Thanks.

    The adaptor was not staying in position while using in USA, even after locking the green sliding lock for US pins.
    I had to use a new one bought separately.

    Pathetic quality! The Europe prongs are apparently too small in size… The adapter kept falling down from the socket!

    It was really good to provide this item along with the sim card. Helped me a lot in my journey. The converter worked fine for my laptop and mobile. Only complaint would be the charger comes out of socket with slightest of pull. But that surely is a minor challenge compared to the product in question.

    Got this free with the TSIM Europe SIM card. Worked for me in Switzerland for my 2 pin mobile and camera chargers using the Europe pins. Indian charger pins are thick and cannot be used in Switzerland. Good idea by TSIM to provide a goodie such as a charger free with a SIM purchase. Thanks!
