    Good product. You have to slide lever in original position after pulling out USA legs. Otherwise it gets pushed out of the socket.

    I got this as a free gift on my Unlimited Europe SIM Card. The pins were loose and it popped out from the sockets and I couldn’t use this product in the entire duration of my stay in Europe.

    It was really disappointing. The Adapter did not work at all. I was not able to insert my phone charger in the adapter at all. So I could not use it during my entire travel.

    The Adapter did not work at all. My phone/laptop charger would not get inserted in the adapter and would just come out of it. Hence I could not use it during my entire travel and had to face a lot of problem with charging. Really disappointed.

    We took this as an additional item as we thought the Europe standards were same as Indian. However, this came in very handy as the fittings are different and our cellphone chargers and camera chargers would not fit into any sockets. Without this adapter, it would have been difficult. The product quality is good and works without any issues of loose connections with all sockets and plugs. I will carry this in all my future travel.

    This product not at all working for me. I am in Canada but Not able to charge as the product does not get hold of Indian adapter as it does not get hold of the Indian adapter and it keeps coming out. Troubled and Harassed.

    TSIM universal travel adapter is a very good product. I have used it two times in USA and it worked perfectly fine. The best part is perhaps its timely delivery alongwith the sim card!! I will certainly recommend it to everyone I will come across in future.

    It worked flawlessly.
    Just that it was loose for the power sockets in ICE trains and kept falling out due to the not-centered location and absence of locking mechanism for EU pins.

    In hotel rooms also, if you touch it, or just disturb your phone, it would generally just fall off.

    EU pins badly need a locking mechanism to prevent them from folding back inside while in use.

    It is very sturdy and reliable. I used it for about a month in US and am still using it in India. The heavy size sometimes makes it a bit of a trouble on sockets higher up on the wall since it tends to bend and fall down. However, there was no room or office where I couldn’t find a place for this.

    I have ordered two pcs Universal World Tour Adapters.
    Appreciate TSIM sending the product earlier than mentioned schedule.
    But the local Courier did not deliver the material even though delivery charges were included for the order and I have to go and collect the material from their office on 6th day today to get the material. Request TSIM to check and improve this.
