    It is a good product. The fault at times of poor contact is because of the socket at different places. This product is absolutely a good one and everyone should carry.

    It’s a very good product. I thought that the plug point in India and Europe are same, but actually, they are similar but not the same. In Europe, they have a big hole in their socket so you cannot use Indian plug in them. But I have this item so was saved. Thanks to the TSIM team to provide this as a gift. I like that they are providing this kind of items free with the sim. I like the service of TSIM. They have also given one card box with the sim. It was very generous.

    It pops out of the switch..also when try to attach a charger it comes out..mus press it hard..

      When the pins for a particular country are extracted, they must be locked into place using the lock/unlock tab. Without this the charger will pop out of the wall socket. We apologise for this inconvenience.

    Wish size could have been smaller and weight could have less (it was not possible to use with all sockets during USA trip due to this). Otherwise good solution.

      Thank you for your review. It is true the weight of the adapter sometimes causes it to fall off loose sockets. However the lighter adapters we have been offered do not seem of good quality and right price. However, we will certainly continue the search for a lighter adapter.
