Using the SIM Card
Using the SIM Card for the first time
- Power off your phone
- Insert your new SIM card
- Power on your phone
- Your phone should connect on a GSM/WCDMA/LTE network.
Note: Validity of the SIM begins from first use, so please insert the SIM only on arrival at one of the covered countries.
Voice Calls
Voice calls using apps such as WhatsApp, Facetime and Telegram. However, individual countries may block certain apps.
Emergency Call Number.
Please note emergency call numbers may NOT work in this card.

Finding balance
To check balance dial *101*1*9#. You will receive a return SMS with details in a few minutes. Remember that even after your high speed data allowance is exhausted, you can continue to use data at reduced speeds till expiry of validity.
